Summit Academy’s mentor program will support new teachers as they develop a deep love of teaching, reflective practice, and the tools to help students succeed. Our mentoring program strengthens our school community by highlighting the unique strengths and contributions of teachers, students, and others in our community.
The purpose of Summit Academy Schools’ Mentor Program is to provide a culture and system of support for teachers as they develop the necessary skills and expertise toward becoming effective professional educators. By doing so, Summit Academy Schools will retain high-quality teachers for the benefit of student learning and growth.
