Welcome to Summit Academy! We are excited to have you join our group of skilled and devoted staff.

New Hire Packets

Please select the appropriate category of new hires and follow directions to complete the new hire intake process.

Principals, Assistant Principals, Teachers, Instructional Coaches, School Counselors, School Social Workers

  • Download the Licensed Employee New Hire Paperwork packet below.
  • Contact Human Resources to schedule your intake appointment.  You will be required to fill out an I-9 form to verify eligibility to work in the United States.  *Please refer to list of acceptable documents included in the new hire packet to bring with you to your intake appointment.
  • Background checks will be processed through the Utah State Board of Education.

Licensed Employee New Hire Packet

  •  Download the Classified Employee New Hire Paperwork packet and Utah Consent to Background Check below.
  • Contact Human Resources to schedule your intake appointment.  You will be required to fill out an I-9 form to verify eligibility to work in the United States.  *Please refer to list of acceptable documents included in the new hire packet to bring with you to your intake appointment.
  • New hires must have a cleared background check before their first day of work.  Fingerprinting will be done at you intake appointment. The cost of fingerprinting is $10.

Salary Schedules

In June of 2021, Summit Academy, and Summit Academy High School had salary schedules Board-approved for the FY22 school year. These schedules can be found on the Notices & Plans page.

For prospective employees, we will use these salary schedules, along with experience and credentials, to place you accordingly. The schedules will be shared with you during the hiring and interview process.

Fingerprinting

If you would like to make a Livescan fingerprinting appointment, please schedule a fingerprinting appointment. The cost is $15.
