This central reporting management system is intended to receive, track, and manage all complaints or reports of bullying harassment and other discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), disability and religion (collectively, “Protected Classes”). Once information has been entered here, the Administration will reach out to the person entering the report and will conduct a thorough and impartial investigation into the allegations. Those who report bullying, harassment or discrimination are protected from retaliation pursuant to * and are encouraged to contact the LEA Executive Director if retaliation has occurred as a result of this report.
To properly investigate this incident, we will need certain information including who was involved, where the incident occurred, when the incident occurred, and what happened. We would also like to know who else has knowledge of the incident
