The Business Administrator (BA) is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the Business and Finance Departments of the LEA, and other departments and services as assigned by the Director.
The BA has primary responsibility for developing, in conjunction with the Board and Director, the LEA’s annual budget and Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), ensuring LEA compliance with federal and state financial laws and regulations, providing leadership and coordination for internal and external auditors, and providing the Board and Director with accurate and timely information regarding the business and financial operations of the district.
