Parent Opt-Outs

Please consider carefully before exempting your student from state assessments as assessments are one of the many opportunities for students to gain skills for college and career readiness. 

 

All Parental Exclusion (Opt-Out) Forms can be downloaded here for elementary and secondary schools. The signed and completed forms need to be submitted to the school your student attends at the earliest convenience. Copies are also available at each school if you do not have access to a printer.
