 Literacy Director: Lead out (SoR) Science of Reading- LETRS K-3, Lexia implementation, and Acadience Reading K-6 testing.  .

 Instructional Coach: Instructional coaches collaborate with teachers to ensure high academic achievement for all students.

Coaching is designed to increase individual and collective teacher capacity by utilizing skills centered around educator choice, dialogue, reflection, and praxis. Instructional coaches serve as a pedagogical specialist to assist in teacher development and the implementation of campus instructional plans aligned to LEA goals and curriculum.
