Hello everyone, my name is Violeta Huncal de Pérez. I’m from Venezuela. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a master’s degree in teaching Spanish as a Second Language. I’ve had the opportunity to teach in various states across this beautiful country, including Connecticut, Wyoming, Georgia, and Utah. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and we have three boys. 

I am a proud Latina educator with 15 years of teaching experience. I love inspiring students to grow as bilingual learners and to value both language and culture. At Summit Academy, I am excited to continue helping children learn, thrive, and discover the joy of learning two languages.
