Report a Concern

Concerns regarding possible violations of statute or Utah State Board of Education rule may be reported through the Utah State Board of Education Public Education Hotline. Reports may be submitted anonymously and are reviewed by USBE Internal Audit, which may refer the matter to Summit Academy for follow-up.

Individuals may report concerns directly through the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) Public Education Hotline.
