It has been my second year here at Summit Academy Independence. For the past 14 years, I have been a teacher and from 2011-2017 I taught in an elementary school. After my one-year teaching Kindergarten in Roswell, GA, I worked for two years in a middle school and four years in a general special education school in Austria. I have three adult daughters, three sons-in-laws, and three grandchildren. My motto is: It's okay to make mistakes, have bad days and not be perfect but always believe in yourself and don’t give up!
