Hi! I'm Jamie Coleman, and I'm so excited to be part of the Summit Academy Family! I'm originally from California and graduated from Cal-State University of Northridge, where I played basketball on an athletic scholarship.

I love creating a classroom where students feel supported, challenged, and excited to learn. One of my favorite parts of teaching is helping students build confidence, work together, and recognize just how much they are capable of accomplishing.

When I'm not teaching, you can usually find me cheering on my three kids at their activities, spending time with my family, watching sports, reading, and being outdoors. I'm also a huge Kobe Bryant fan and love this quote from Kobe Bryant:

"Great things come from hard work and perseverance. No excuses"-Kobe Bryant

I'm looking forward to an amazing year of learning, growing, and making memories together! 💙
