I teach 8th grade math and have been at Summit Academy for 15 years.
Math is the best subject and 8th grade math has some of the best concepts the students have the opportunity to learn.
Canvas is the best place to look for resources. On canvas I post blank notes for what we are covering, videos of me teaching the concepts, and the notes when they are completed so students can see an example of completed notes. There is also an agenda so you can see what is happening in the week and if you miss a day you know what you need to make up. Chapter projects will also be posted on canvas if students end up needing an extra copy.
