I bring over 15 years of experience in special education. My teaching career has been shaped by a commitment to inclusive practices, individualized learning, and fostering student growth both academically and socially.

As a Special Education Coordinator, I am committed to working closely with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure that every student receives the resources and guidance they need to thrive.

I have been passionate in my commitment to three things: maximizing individual student performance, inspiring students’ interest for learning, and instilling a sense of self-worth among all students.

I have always been passionate about education and love helping kids reach those “ah ha” moments.

 I love helping kids understand that their words matter!

I believe every child has the potential to grow and learn, regardless of ability or circumstance. I love to help support students to reach their full potential. 

There is nothing better than seeing our students master hard things.

 I love working with all the students and watching them grow and learn.

When I’m not enjoying your kids smiling faces at school I am running back and forth between my kids sports!

The kids at Summit are great and I have loved getting to know them and to watch their progress in just a few short months.

Working with students and  teachers  to achieve both academic and emotional growth  is what keeps me coming to work every day.

She is passionate about helping all students succeed as she values the equity and opportunity that education brings to students.

Education is my heart's work. Nothing beats that sparkle in a student's eyes when they reach that "aha" moment.

 I have loved being at Summit Academy for the past 3 years as a paraprofessional in 5th and 6th grade.
