I have been with Summit Academy since 2017, I started out as the cook and have worked my way up to Manager. I am currently over the Bluffdale and High school kitchens. I enjoy working with both my kitchen staff, they are so supportive and make my job as a manager that much easier. I enjoy seeing my team help each other and making sure each student gets a well balanced meal. I have a daughter who is currently in the 7th grade over at the Independence campus and another daughter who is a sophomore at the high school. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking at home and going to the movies with my girls.
