Victoria is our Kindergarten-6th Grade Instructional Coach. Her non-evaluative coaching role provides an ongoing cycle of support for our teachers in areas like best instructional practices, student behavioral strategies, analyzing data, providing observation and debriefing sessions, and goal setting. Victoria strives to be responsive to the needs and strengths of each educator and oriented toward recognizing and celebrating the implementation of effective practices.
