Independence
I’m Ms. Fullmer. I started teaching junior high art at Summit last year for the third and fourth term. I’m excited to be back this year teaching junior high art, and starting on a new journey with elementary art! I love teaching art and completed my bachelor’s degree in Art Education at Utah State University. I enjoy spending my free time making art, gardening, baking, reading, thrifting, and spending time with my cat Oatmeal.
