Welcome to Summit Academy/Summit Academy High School.  We are excited to have you join our group of skilled and devoted staff.  Please select the appropriate category of new hires  and follow directions to complete the new hire intake process.
 
 
Licensed & Administrative New Hires
(Principals, Assistant Principals, Teachers, Instructional Coaches, School Counselors, School Social Workers)
 
  • Download the Licensed Employee New Hire Paperwork packet.
  • Contact Human Resources to schedule your intake appointment.  You will be required to fill out an I-9 form to verify eligibility to work in the United States.  *Please refer to list of acceptable documents included in the new hire packet to bring with you to your intake appointment.
  • Background checks will be processed through the Utah State Board of Education.
 
 
 
 
Classified New Hires
 
  • Download the Classified Employee New Hire Paperwork packet.
  • Contact Human Resources to schedule your intake appointment.  You will be required to fill out an I-9 form to verify eligibility to work in the United States.  *Please refer to list of acceptable documents included in the new hire packet to bring with you to your intake appointment.
  • New hires must have a cleared background check before their first day of work.  At the present time a fingerprinting appointment with the Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification will be made at the intake appointment.
 

In June of 2021, Summit Academy, and Summit Academy High School had salary schedules Board approved for the FY22 school year. At this time these schedules can be found in the Staff only folder. 

 

For prospective employees, we will use these salary schedules, along with experience and credentials to place you accordingly. The schedules will be shared with you during the hiring and interview process.
